Compulsion Coffee Hand Crafted Micro-Roast to order coffee

Each week we freshly roast coffee. In order to efficiently process orders and reduce our energy foot print we try to do the majority of our roasting on Monday's. By targeting our roast day at the beginning of the week, it allows the coffee to ship to you on Tuesday while the coffee is degassing in our sealed one way valve bags and rested for use when it arrives later in the week (for most 2-3 day shipping locations). To guarantee freshness, we hold orders with roasted coffee to ship on the roast date.

* Order by Noon Eastern Standard Time on Sunday (the day before the roasting date) to have the coffee roasted and shipped Tuesday (the next morning after roasting!).
